We take pride in being one of the fine dining establishments in the Maritimes, preparing seafood as we believe it should be—poached in a subtle wine sauce, or sauteed in butter with spices and herbs.
Join us by the fireplace in our dining room and select from our specialties: Scallops, poached in white sauce topped with sauteed mushrooms; Fresh lobster or queen crab, boiled to brilliant red perfection; Milk poached salmon, brushed with herb and garlic butter; or Halibut topped with Bernaise.
If you have had your fill of seafood while visiting the Maritimes, you may wish to try our local favourites—Chicken Royale or our popular Country Style BBQ.
If beef is your favourite, you will not be disappointed. Choose from such renowned specialties as sirloin or rib steaks, especially cut for us, for a dining experience you will long remember.
